When a client/customer no-shows or cancels with less than 24 hours notice, it results in the loss of income for our team.

Our policies are such:

To book an appointment you much secure a credit card on file.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, will result in a 50% charge of the value of the service you were booked for.
Example: the day before but less than 24 hours notice.

We recommend using our text/chat feature if you do need to cancel the night before and the salon is closed. This way, we can see your message at the beginning of the day and fill that time slot.

Same day cancellations and no- shows will be charged 100% of the service value.

Certain stylists and techs may require a 50% deposit on services over $100 or for long appointments.

Notice: Opting out of our text or email software will prevent you from receiving appointment reminders. If you are unable to use a credit card to secure your appointment, you may pay in full 24 hours prior or walk-in.

Walk-in's do not guarantee an appointment time and are on a first come first service basis.

Our associates will not be able to provide you service until your consult form is filled out and you agree to our policy.

Latecomer Policy

Please be sure to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late to your appointment, your scheduled time-period may not be able to be extended, which is why we urge you to contact the salon if you’re running late. Any late arrivals, more than 10-15 minutes without any notifications, may have to be rescheduled and a full-service fee may apply.

Privacy Policy

Clientele information in our systems are used to schedule appointments, improve your service and to send important messages, as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share clientele information to any third parties.

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it! If you contact the salon within a week after your service was performed, your service will be complimentary. We do not offer full refunds due to the nature of the service, products, etc. Failure to contact the salon within a week after you received your service, you will have to pay for a new service.

Children Policy

Children ages 10 and under are eligible for the Children’s Haircut prices. Parents/guardians are to remain in the salon while any service is being given to the child. To guarantee the comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow children on the salon floor, unless they have their own appointment. Otherwise, children are to remain in the salon’s waiting area and are expected to behave and be non-disruptive while they’re in the salon. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and a full-service fee
